Guide
How Ordren works.
What Ordren does
Ordren helps you find suppliers or professionals for what you need, with evidence you can check.
- Research finds suppliers or professionals and checks each of your requirements against a quote from their own pages.
- Shortlist the ones worth contacting and turn what is still unknown into questions for them.
Research depths and how evidence is checked
Describe what you need; Ordren drafts a brief you can edit before anything is searched.
- Quick research costs 5 credits and reads up to 15 suppliers. Thorough research costs 20 credits and reads up to 35, with more pages per supplier.
- Verified means the quote was found word for word on a page we saved from the supplier's own site. Claimed means it came from elsewhere or could not be found on the saved page. Unknown means we did not find it on the pages we read. Not met means a page contradicts it.
- Fit is a word (strong, promising, weak), never a score, and depends on how many must-haves are verified.
- If something is wrong, use This is wrong on the check. It sends a report for review and does not change the check.
Credits, prices and free reruns
Credits pay for research runs only.
- New accounts start with 5 free credits: one Quick run.
- Credits are sold once, with no subscription: for example 50 credits for $14.99 (about $0.2998 per credit). Credits do not expire.
- After a paid run completes, up to 2 Quick reruns of that project are free when you actually change the brief. Thorough runs are always charged.
- Cancelling before any supplier has been assessed returns the credits. Resuming the same stopped run does not charge twice.
Drafts and new projects
New project always opens a blank brief.
- If you had an unfinished brief in this browser, it is saved to Projects as a draft first; open it from Projects to continue.
- Discard is always available on the brief and removes the draft.
Shortlists, RFQs and exports
Shortlist the suppliers worth contacting and close the gaps before you write.
- An RFQ draft asks exactly the requirements that are still claimed or unknown. Ordren never sends it; you copy it and send it yourself.
- Export downloads the requirements matrix as CSV, including every check and its source link.
- A share link shows a read-only shortlist without your private notes, quotes, drafts, credits or costs. You can revoke it.
